Recently, the Early Learning Center celebrated its 14th year serving families in the greater Newark Community. The celebration included music performed by two University of Delaware students playing Jazz music on the vibraphone and keyboard, food, face paint, games and fellowship among 200 families, children and staff.  The ELC offers high quality programs for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 9 years old in Newark and children between the ages of 6 weeks and 3 years old in Wilmington. With a team of educators dedicated to the early education field along with University Researchers and student teaching placements, the ELC is the place to be for your child’s best early education introduction.
