Delaware Stars for Early Success – Delaware Stars is Delaware’s Quality Rating and Improvement System administered by the DE Department of Education to assess, improve, and communicate the level of quality in early care and education and school-age settings.
National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC)- is the largest nonprofit association in the united States representing early childhood education teachers, paraeducators, center directors, trainers, college educators, families of young children, policy makers, and advocates. NAEYC is dedicated to improving the well-being of all young children, with particular focus on the quality of educational and developmental services for all children from birth through age 8.
New Directions Early Head Start (NDEHS)- is an interagency program committed to empowering and supporting pregnant women, infants, toddlers, and their families. NDEHS is designed to serve women who are pregnant and families who have children between the ages of birth and 36 months.
Office of Childcare Licensing– is a state of Delaware department which sets regulations to ensure safeguards and enhance quality for children in out-of-home care.
